Many people are worried about the COVID-19 viral outbreak. According to the CDC https://www.cdc.gov/ the risk of getting the virus is LOW right now.
BE Proactive: Multiple Things you can do to keep yourself and others healthy:
1) The number one thing you can do to boost your immune function is use supplements, herbs and acupuncture. I have a protocol of immune boosters in the office I am recommending. I am happy to have you pick some up or schedule a treatment or both!
2) Stay home if you have a fever, but email or call for an herbal consult and I will prepare a protocol someone can pick up for you ($25).
3) Wash your hands often.
4) Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or face with unwashed hands.
5) Carry hand sanitizer for use on public transportation, shopping and the gym.
6) Manage Stressors to your immune system including: not getting enough sleep, Inflammatory dietary choices , take a break if your stress levels are already elevated!
7) Diet: Avoid dehydrating foods ann beverages like alcohol, caffeine and carbonated beverages, gluten, dairy and overly spicy or salty foods.
I want to assure all of you that here in the office we are being extra cautious:
We change sheets regularly
We are wiping down all surfaces and door handles with germicidal wipes multiple times throughout the day
All of us are washing our hands and asking that all of you do the same!
Thank you and stay well!
